1. Board Learning and Better Boardsmanship
The Board-Superintendent team will identify and participate in two activities that will be applied to their roles for the purpose of creating better boardsmanship and continue to improve effective service to the district.

2. Culture and Climate
The Board-Superintendent Team will review the district climate/culture survey:

3. District Mission and Vision Casting
The Board and superintendent will support and embody the vision, mission and elements implementation so they are carried out in the district.Review action plans, look for course corrections and areas to target support for each level surrounding the implementation of the vision, mission and elements.
